Paul Paul has been delivering talent solutions since 1998! Yes, he really is that old. With a background in technology recruitment, Paul founded Flexible Solutionz in 2002 to offer a more flexible client centric approach covering a wider scope of skills and experience. Paul really enjoys working with new and existing clients to streamline the hiring process and ultimately drip feed great talent when you need. Looking for a new superstar, give Paul a shout. Outside work Paul enjoys surfing, snowboarding, climbing mountains and spending time with his family (not in that order!)

James James has worked in recruitment since 2004, and for Flexible Solutionz since 2007. He has a wealth of experience recruiting into the insurance, legal and automotive sectors at all levels. Outside work James enjoys spending time with his young family, playing golf and football.
